The Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings are a comprehensive, rigorous and balanced global ranking that assesses research-intensive universities on their core missions of teaching, research, knowledge transfer and internationalisation.
THE World University Rankings for 2025 have been released with more than 2,000 universities ranked worldwide – the largest number ever.
Once again, 95% of Australia’s public universities are ranked globally by THE, with six in the top 100 and 10 in the top 200 worldwide.
